Wir sind die Familie Kofler-Sturm und betreuen Sie gerne in Ihrer Urlaubszeit im wunderschönen Tirol. Am 13. Dezember 2022 hat sich unsere Familie um ein neues Familienmitglied erweitert. Unser kleiner Serafin hat das Licht der Welt erblickt. Mit 3540g und 54cm ist er unser kleiner Wonnebrocken.

Es gelten folgende Konditionen nach Abschluss der Buchung:

Die Kaution beträgt 250€ (Diese erhalten Sie bei der Abreise wieder zurück. Genauere Konditionen erhalten Sie bei Ihrer Buchung.)

Die Ortstaxe/Kurtaxe beträgt bis Ende November 2023 in Ried im Oberinntal 2,20€ / pro Person / pro Tag. Ab Dezember 2023 beträgt die Ortstaxe/Kurtaxe in Ried im Oberinntal 2,80€ / pro Person /pro Tag.

Die Endreinigung beträgt 120€ für 6 Personen.

Die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer beträgt 1 Woche.

Haustiere sind im Apartment nicht erlaubt.

Rauchen ist im Apartment nicht erlaubt; bitte nützen Sie hierfür den Balkon.
